Aakash Furniture Return and Cancellation Policy

14-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 14-day return policy for all products purchased from Aakash Furniture.

Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

  • Damaged Product
  • Manufacturing Defect
  • Incomplete Product
  • Incorrect Product

The 14-day return window begins from the date the product is delivered, as confirmed by our logistics team or courier partners.

To initiate a return, please send 2 images (one of the damaged part and one of the entire product) to help us ascertain the reason for return. You can either contact us via the “Contact Us” section on our website or send an email to info@aakashfurniture.com.

Return Policy Details:

  • We are responsible for the products we sell. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please inform us within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a 100% replacement or refund.
  • We offer hassle-free returns through courier pickup, or you can also request a replacement for non-furniture products online or at any of our stores. You will not be charged any shipping or courier costs for returns.
  • All products purchased online can only be returned in the case of manufacturing defects, damaged delivery, incorrect, or incomplete items. Please notify us (via phone, email, or WhatsApp) within 48 hours of delivery/assembly.
  • Any returned product must be in the same condition as received, including its original packaging, invoice, and tags.
  • If you find that the packaging is tampered with or the product is in poor condition, please refuse to accept the delivery and contact our Customer Care at +91 7878781895 or email us at info@aakashfurniture.com. We will strive to process a replacement as soon as possible.
  • Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for gift vouchers. The Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge is non-refundable.

Returns/Exchanges via Courier:

  • A replacement through courier will only be provided for products of the same price as the item being returned. Please clearly mention the replacement product, and our Customer Care Associate will confirm its availability.
  • Any refunds for returned items processed through courier will only be made once the merchandise is received in unused condition, with the original invoice.
  • After verifying the return, we will process the refund or replacement within 1-2 weeks. For remote locations or Tier 2/Tier 3 cities, additional time may be required.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the same credit/debit card used for the original purchase.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via cheque. Please provide the necessary details for the cheque draft. Note that COD refunds take up to 7-8 days, and we recommend choosing prepaid payment methods for faster processing.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of order confirmation or before the item is shipped, whichever comes first. If the order is canceled after dispatch, cancellation charges will apply.
